Lucca Rizzo
Institute for Climate and Society
Lucca is a lawyer with a degree in law from PUC-Rio, with an academic exchange in social sciences at Sciences Po Paris, and has a master’s degree in international politics from the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio, where he wrote his dissertation on the financing of the Amazonian bio-economy.
He worked for a multinational company in the energy sector at their Rio de Janeiro and Paris offices. He was an associate of the Mattos Filho office for more than 7 years, where he advised Brazilian and foreign clients about raising funds in the financial and capital markets and coordinated a series of initiatives and publications involving sustainable finance.
He is a member of the Board of Favela Brass.
Suelen Marostica
Talanoa Institute
Suelen is a forest engineer, holds a Master's in Climate and Environment, an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management, and is a PhD candidate in Knowledge Engineering and Management. She has 20 years of professional experience in initiatives focused on science, forest conservation, sustainable development, and climate change, involving network collaboration, innovation, financing, and current technologies.
Gabriela Vichi
State Development Bank of Espirito Santo
Gabriela is an economist with a Master's degree in Economic Development from the Federal University of Paraná and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Espírito Santo.
Before working at BANDES, she was an economic analyst at Fiesp and a project analyst at Sebrae/ES. She has experience in project and contract management, as well as in analyses and studies of economic development, with a focus on regional development and the economy of Espírito Santo.

He has also led impactful projects with organizations like the Arapyaú Foundation and the Conectar Consortium. Marcelo holds a Master’s in Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
