Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Knowledge, Learning, and Development Team. This team is dedicated to equipping our colleagues at DA with the learning, tools, insights, and resources they need to succeed and create meaningful impact in their work.
As the Knowledge and Learning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in integrating our knowledge management systems and supporting our learning initiatives, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and optimized for easy retrieval. You will coordinate knowledge-sharing meetings and learning workshops, assist in the development and organization of instructional materials, and support project coordination to advance our team’s priorities. In this role, you will thrive in independently executing high-quality tasks, providing practical solutions, and building strong working relationships with colleagues globally. Your work will directly contribute to an environment of continuous learning, streamlined knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration, empowering our colleagues to achieve even greater impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration and Learning Support
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Management System (KMS), including uploading courses and content, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Track learner progress, usage patterns, and feedback to identify opportunities for content improvement and enhanced engagement.
- Generate reports on learner engagement, completion rates, and compliance to support data-driven decision-making.
Meeting and Workshop Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, ensuring timely communication and preparation for all attendees.
- Support the facilitation of (primarily virtual) knowledge-sharing meetings and workshops, handling logistics, preparing materials and content to support learning objectives, and documenting key insights.
Knowledge Management and Resource Organization
- Maintain knowledge management systems, ensuring all information is structured, tagged, and easily accessible to team members.
- Regularly update systems by uploading briefs, documents, and other resources, continuously refining to streamline knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Assist in curating, formatting, and organizing instructional materials, guides, and templates to support the application of the Deliverology® method.
- Regularly review and enhance the system to improve usability and optimize knowledge sharing across the organization.
Project Coordination and Administrative Support
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and supporting the completion of key tasks for knowledge and learning initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and file management, to ensure organized and efficient operations across the Knowledge, Learning, and Development team.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to support learner engagement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources and processes.

Required Skills/Experiences:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Professional experience and/or apprenticeship pathways will also be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Professional experience: Two years of professional experience in relevant fields, such as in learning and knowledge administration, administrative and office support, data processing, or database maintenance, not exclusive. Demonstrating experience in managing complex knowledge bases and/or learning management systems, and maintaining and refining systems to improve user experience and facilitate learning is a plus.
- Technical proficiency: Some experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Knowledge/Content Management Systems. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort working in virtual collaboration settings, including Zoom and Slack.
- English language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in Peru with existing and active employment authorization to work in Peru.
