Youssouf is supporting the Gabon President’s Office to set up a Delivery Unit and drive implementation of the government’s priority projects, notably in digital transformation and agriculture. He is also supporting the Lives and Livelihood Fund and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in applying the adaptive Result-Based Management (aRBM) approach to accelerate results on their joint project portfolio supervised by the IsDB Dakar Regional Hub.
Prior to joining DA, Youssouf was a manager with the Dalberg Advisors Office in Senegal, where he led projects across West Africa in international development (specifically in agriculture, public health and human capital development). In addition, he served as a monitoring and evaluation specialist in the project management unit of the World Bank African Higher Education Center of Excellence Project in Côte d’Ivoire. Youssouf also worked as a project manager at Inetum Consulting (ex Capital Consulting) in Morocco, and was a management consultant at Performances Management Consulting in Senegal.
