Tim Ponciano

• BA, Political Science, Public Administration, Villanova University

Tim is currently advising a mayoral transition team on building a delivery unit focused on economic recovery, infrastructure, technology, and sustainability.

Tim has worked with an organization focused on human-centered design principles to reimagine crisis response systems in the United States. He has also worked with an international philanthropic organization focused on equity within early childhood education.

Prior to joining DA, Tim served as a Senior Consultant at EY’s Government and Public Sector practice. In this role, Tim worked across the federal, state, and city levels with a focus on strategy and organizational transformation. There, Tim gained valuable experience working across sectors including defense, agriculture, education, housing, transportation, and the private sector.
