Prior to joining DA, Stephanie spent four years as an advisor in Chilean President Sebastian Piñera’s Delivery Unit. Stephanie also coordinated various branches of government within the multilateral development space, including PROSUR, a Latin American multilateral coordination effort. During her tenure, Stephanie:
- Co-created the delivery unit system for Sebastián Piñera’s Government, which achieved 86% of presidential commitments.
- Co-created a cross-cutting delivery system consisting of a monitoring platform, progress reporting systems, and monitoring reports for senior authorities and central and local government governance systems.
- Advised the President and other authorities on various public policies and reported the Government's progress periodically.
- Advised authorities on public policy contingency, coordination, and governance structures to achieve goals; she also advised on strategic pathways for policy delivery.
- Led the delivery unit in creating five policy planning strategies in different regions of Chile with strategic prioritization and investment accountability.
Before that, Stephanie worked in a consulting firm, where she advised on community engagement and corporate social responsibility strategies.
