


Sarah Rinehart
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Specialization: Spanish Language and Literature), University of Florida
Since joining DA, Sarah has contributed to six projects spanning education, climate change, and health. Her primary focus has been supporting an early learning technical advisory group, where she coordinates efforts across early childhood education leaders to provide targeted feedback to implementation partners and develop a strategic research agenda.
Recently, she supported five communities to apply for competitive federal grants in education, workforce, and economic development through the Community Funding Accelerator. She also supported a state government in updating its high school diploma requirements for the first time in 40 years by analyzing insights from over 9,400 public comments, directly shaping policy decisions to better prepare students for post-graduation success.
Currently, Sarah is supporting a major philanthropic initiative, working with cities to develop ambitious and innovative ideas that improve residents’ lives.
Prior to joining DA, Sarah worked at Accenture, where she supported projects focused on research and strategy, as well as change management and training, across industries.
