Romina Genovesi

Romina currently supports the design and implementation of a global project focused on improving child health through an evidence-based approach. She previously worked with the Lives and Livelihoods Fund to implement an adaptive results-based management system across the fund. She has also worked with the World Health Organisation (WHO) at the program, regional, and country levels to track and drive outcomes in pursuit of the Triple Billion targets.
Her previous experience consists of advising the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU) in The Bahamas as they identified key priorities, set targets and indicators, and drove implementation of their plans. In partnership with a major philanthropy, Romina provided early capacity building and ongoing coaching and mentorship to city leaders in Latin America as they implemented programs across the region. Romina facilitated consistent, data-driven routines and convenings to share learnings and best practices between cities.
Prior to joining DA, Romina served as Adviser and Senior Project Officer with the Norwegian government in Brazil, focusing on climate change, sustainability, and Congress, and managing a portfolio of >$1B in grants.
She also worked at EloGroup, Brazil, implementing agile methodology to deliver results and build capacity in government.
