Delivery Experience

Pablo is currently collaborating with a global philanthropic organisation and European municipalities to facilitate the delivery of innovative solutions tackling urban challenges linked to social policy and education.

Pablo has also worked with an international development fund, leveraging Design Thinking principles to create Results-Based Management (RBM) interventions. Pablo supported the implementation of these RBM interventions in a project in Kano State, Nigeria, which led to significantly improved data system structures and operational methodologies, as well as broader support of RBM.

Additionally, in collaboration with a top UK NGO, Pablo has advised on setting KPIs and targets, assisted in redesigning management systems and processes for improved efficiency, and facilitated workshops and generated resources to fortify the implementation capabilities of local government teams in England.

Other Experience

Before stepping into DA, one of Pablo's standout achievements as a tech policy consultant was steering a digital identity project for a Big Tech firm. Representing the firm's global think tank, Pablo engaged with numerous government officials across different geographies and led the drafting of a policy report that delved into the nuances of rolling out digital identity solutions in diverse settings.

On the public service front, during his tenure as Chief of Staff for the Secretariat of Integration in Argentina's Ministry of Culture, Pablo's team modernised the department by integrating digital management tools, refining operational workflows, and transitioning away from paper-based systems. Their efforts were productive, as they achieved and surpassed their set goals all while trimming public expenditure by 18%.
