Delivery Experience

Neha has spent over two years working with Los Angeles County to support the development and implementation of their Alternative Crisis Response program, which aims to dispatch mobile crisis teams to people experiencing a behavioral health emergency, thereby reducing the strain on law enforcement to respond to mental health calls.

To help drive reform across LA County’s 80+ cities, Neha provided strategic guidance and helped establish and extensively support a delivery unit embedded in the Department of Mental Health, with an eye to strengthening the county’s crisis infrastructure and improving service delivery for residents.

Other Experience

Neha previously worked on civic innovation teams in U.S. city halls, including at the City of Los Angeles and at the City of Boston. During her time at these in-house consultancies, her projects spanned public health, affordable housing, and urban technology. Neha started her career on creative teams, where she helped shape the narrative of global brands in New York City.
