Musa Bernard Komeh
- Master of Science, Global Health Delivery, University of Global Health Equity, Rwanda
- Bachelor of Science, Health and Exercise Science (Concentration: Public Health), Skidmore College
Musa is currently supporting Freetown and Kumasi cities with project implementation.
Musa began his career nine years ago as an executive assistant and, since then, has honed his technical and managerial skills. He has led two country programs—one on HIV/AIDs service delivery for military personnel and their families, and one on using artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize available human resources (nurses, midwives, and maternal and child health aides) within key districts in Sierra Leone. The AI program redeployed staff to health facilities based on the number of patients coming in and their health problems, and supported the National Medical Supplies Agency in Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Health to improve forecasting and allocation of essential medicines. He has worked on several vaccine and immunization projects, including for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Musa has also provided technical leadership for programs funded by Gates Foundation, Gavi, and the Department of Defence HIV/AIDS Prevention Program.
