As the North America, Latin America and Caribbean, and Creative Recruitment Lead at DA, Matheus manages the recruitment process for these teams, using different channels to select and attract excellent professionals. He works to provide a positive candidate experience and find the right person for every position. His goal is to help candidates find work with which they identify and that helps them to develop their full potential.

Prior to joining DA, Matheus contributed to the creation and development of the LatAm Candidate Research Team at McKinsey & Company. There, he developed strategies to source and attract consultants across many business sectors and backgrounds. He was known for learning new markets and candidate profiles quickly, and for tracking down hard-to-find profiles. Matheus also worked at Egon Zehnder, helping to source C-Level executives for some of the largest companies in Brazil.
