Martin has helped design key frameworks for our Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) Practice, working on multiple projects throughout its development. He combines a deep understanding of the needs of public servants with a highly analytical mind to develop M&E tools as practical and user-friendly as they are rigorous and insightful.
Martin has worked in and alongside governments for many years, including the Presidency of Argentina and the country's largest health insurance organization. In these roles, he contributed to the fulfillment of the Ministry of Health's strategic objectives, including a reform in the medicine market that led to a 30% drop in prices for 5 million retirees and significant savings for the national government. Martin has also worked as a consultant and analyst at diverse international organizations, including the IMF, the OECD, the World Food Program, and the IADB.
