Marie is working on deepening the analysis of DA’s impact data to provide more useful insight and enhance strategic decision-making. She is also developing tools and resources to support and challenge colleagues and clients to think meaningfully about impact. Marie is in the planning stages of designing a strategy to capitalise on stories of transformation and impact to ensure DA remains focused on people and not just numbers.
Marie has over a decade of experience working with international humanitarian and development organizations including Save the Children, UNICEF, and the International Labour Organization. In these roles, she has supported vulnerable populations in complex contexts, spending time in Sierra Leone, Jordan, Iraq, Somalia, Central African Republic, Switzerland, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Her work primarily focused on monitoring and evaluation, research, and project management for programmes benefitting maternal and child health, food security and livelihood, and education.
