Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Marcela worked as a senior manager for the Argentinean government at the federal level, leading a team to streamline government transactions and enhance the business climate, citizen perception of government, and access to crucial public programs and services.

Before that, she spent two years at McKinsey & Company as a member of the social and public sector practice, where she helped public sector organizations in Latin America implement large-scale operational changes and build their own capabilities.
