Delivery Experience

Kate has been effectively applying Deliverology tools to create positive change for citizens since 2016. She is currently working on projects across the Asia Pacific region on education, urban planning and environment.

Other Experience

Kate was a delivery lead in the Premier's Implementation Unit in NSW, delivering on targets to keep children safe, improve government services and provide infrastructure assurance. Prior to this, Kate served as an advisor in the strategic policy unit within Australia's Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet working across healthcare in Asia and national security. She also worked as a director in the Customer Experience Unit within the world's first Department of Customer Service in NSW, and led projects at the frontiers of citizen-centric government and digital service delivery.
