Kansola collaborates with leading organizations to translate workforce development, housing, and equity programs into high-impact narratives that amplify their reach and scalability. Her work includes analyzing program models, identifying opportunities for replication, and crafting actionable roadmaps that align local interventions with broader policy and funding priorities.
Prior to joining DA, Kansola led programs that advanced sustainable development and inclusive governance. At the U.S. Department of State, she collaborated with U.S. missions abroad to help develop the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, a vital resource influencing U.S. foreign policy and international human rights benchmarks.
As a district staffer for the California State Senate’s 9th District, she supported COVID-19 emergency response planning, designing strategies to sustain essential services for underserved communities.
