Josep specializes in strategy, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) of public sector initiatives. He has led teams to drive meaningful reforms, working with government partners such as the White House, the Puerto Rico Department of Education, and the New York City government, as well as philanthropies like the Gates Foundation and La Caixa Foundation. His accomplishments include supporting the establishment of an educational program in Puerto Rico, which achieved significant improvements in educational outcomes across two school districts, and designing systems to monitor and sustain progress.
Josep has extensive experience across sectors such as education, taxation, urban development, and economic growth, working with leading international organizations including the World Bank, OECD, and Laterite. His projects have spanned countries across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia; he has worked and lived in all continents. Josep has contributed to strategic policy development, conducted research on economic reforms, and supported capacity-building initiatives for governments and NGOs.
