Jimmy leads DA’s Education Practice, and is committed to growing the firm’s impact and work in education in the United States and globally. His work focuses on turning policy into measurable results—helping education leaders navigate complexity and drive sustainable change at scale.
Before joining Delivery Associates, Jimmy was a Partner at Level Field Partners, where he launched a 501(c)(3) nonprofit real estate loan fund, led fundraising for a national concessionary debt fund, and advised education leaders on strategic growth and financial sustainability. He also spearheaded projects across 15+ jurisdictions, including charter school mergers, ecosystem improvement initiatives, and real estate development and financing.
Previously, Jimmy was a Managing Director at EdOps, leading the firm’s expansion into four new states, and the launch CEO of EdFuel, where he developed national leadership competency maps in partnership with The Bridgespan Group and coached education leaders on talent strategy.
Jimmy began his career in the education sector as CFO/COO at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, where he led a large-scale campus expansion and financing effort. Prior to education, he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth strategy and operational effectiveness.
He has also served as a Commissioner for the DC Office of the State Superintendent for Education (OSSE) Charter School Loan and Credit Enhancement Commission and as Board Treasurer for Ingenuity Prep Public Charter School.
