At Delivery Associates, Jen drives strategic initiatives for school districts, foundations, and nonprofits, with a focus on student equity, measurement and evaluation, and impactful decision-making. She has partnered with a school district to advance student success through the development of a three-year strategic plan, assessed the impact of charter school growth with a large philanthropic organization, and supported Hawaii P-20 and UH Community Colleges in increasing college enrollment. Currently, Jen collaborates with the Gates Foundation’s assessment initiative to advance data-driven sense-making routines and works with the Colorado Governor’s Office and Department of Education to promote K-12 quantum education.
Jen’s career in education began with Teach For America, providing a strong foundation for her work with various school districts and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has driven impactful initiatives in areas such as after-school programming, teacher preparation, grant management, and human resources. At Denver Public Schools, Jennifer led strategic efforts to enhance operational efficiency, improve compliance processes, and streamline hiring practices, directly contributing to the district's ability to meet its ambitious goals. Her skill in implementing data-driven strategies and delivering results has consistently led to improved outcomes for the organizations and partners she has served.
