Ivan Markovic

Ivan has supported cities across the U.S. to implement performance management routines and use data to inform decision making. He has also worked with a Delivery Office in Canada to put in place best practices in Deliverology. Additionally, Ivan helped identify and structure key metrics to facilitate rollout of a major federal education funding program.

Ivan served as an Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for five years. In this role, he advised leaders, including heads of state and government, in Europe and Middle East on center of government transformation, policy and delivery. Other past experience includes coordinating a Prime Minister's Delivery Unit and leading the development of a four-year government program for a newly appointed European Prime Minister. Ivan also advised heads of state in Europe and Middle East on foreign policy, and the G20 Presidency on a flagship global initiative.
