Iani has supported U.S. clients with their capacity review, architecture for strategic plan, and reinforcement of core delivery tools and techniques. He has worked with a U.S. state's Higher Education Coordinating Board assessing their readiness to deliver and prioritizing key findings. He is supporting Teach for America as they translate their ambitious 10-year organizational goals into clear, measurable metrics and targets, and building capacity of regional teams to lead this work in their local context. He is also working with Results for America in assessing its revising process for State and Federal Standards from an equity and data-driven lens.
Iani has also supported digital projects as part of DA Digital. As a Product Manager for DA’s dashboard, he has contributed towards the product roadmap, collected user feedback and requests, led software implementation, and tested product hypotheses with the goal to increase client success with the tool. He is supporting implementation in 146 cities in an Asia-Pacific country and an API integration in Africa.
Prior to joining DA, Iani was Head of Remuneration Governance for the Brazilian Ministry of Economy and a researcher at the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design in Moscow.
Iani was also a Chevening scholar, worked as a senior management consultant for the Brazilian Government, and implemented digital products with high-level public clients on diverse policy fields.
