Howlader supports DA projects in the education, sustainability, and housing spaces. She works closely with philanthropic, non-profit, and government partners to develop program and strategic design thinking, analyze data for impact reporting, and support overall delivery planning and implementation efforts.
Prior to joining DA, Howlader was a consultant for three U.S. federal agencies, developing initiatives related to policy and technology, technical assistance and process improvement, strategy, and program implementation. She also holds a certification in change management from the Association for Change Management Professionals. Howlader’s prior and current internship and volunteer roles reflect a passion for supporting organizations focused on gender-based violence, refugee resettlement, emergency crisis response, and local advocacy.
