Harry is currently collaborating with a philanthropic organization on their Accountability and Assessment Initiative, helping to manage grant evaluation and monitoring. These grants aim to make student assessments less burdensome and more insightful for educators. They also seek to enable school districts to implement on/off track support systems for students successfully.
Prior to joining Delivery Associates, Harry worked for the World Bank Group in their global education practice, where he focused on building capacity for higher education, research, and innovation in West Africa. He helped to manage the operations and monitoring & evaluation processes for the Africa Higher Education Centers of Excellence for Development Impact (ACE Impact) project, collaborating with over 30 African universities throughout 11 countries. Before that, he was a research consultant for UNESCO’s International Institute for Education Planning, where he published a report on city education planning and decision making.
Harry started his career at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, where he taught Latin for four years and managed a summer school program to support struggling students.
