Gui is a strong believer in the power of delivery disciplines, coalition building and capacity building to transform the way governments and impact organizations operate – and generate meaningful impact for the people they serve. He has supported governments, multilateral organizations and philanthropies to design, implement and scale up systemic transformations that have achieved significant gains in global health, economic development, government innovation and more.

Delivery Experience

Gui has spearheaded numerous collaborations across the Americas, partnering effectively with the national governments of Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Bahamas and Guyana, along with multiple global cities within a major philanthropy's network. His impact spans the entire lifecycle of systemic change – from strategy development to implementation, measurement and scale-up – all while fostering enduring innovation and leadership capacity through formal training and coaching.

Other Experience

Before joining DA, Gui was a consultant for the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe in the Division of Health Systems and Public Health. He combined clinical and academic work early in his career, co-founding and leading a social impact start-up dedicated to health promotion.
