By creating and implementing programs including leadership development, professional accreditation, coaching, mandatory learning, future skilling, competency development, high potential development, succession planning, minimum competency programs, and self-led learning programs, Gary provided capability development that empowered colleagues for the future while fostering continued growth for their companies.

Additionally, when one company faced redundancy, Gary put into place an outplacement program that enabled over 1,000 colleagues to upskill through third-level qualifications. This helped ensure smooth outplacement transitions for colleagues.
