Evalynn is currently collaborating with philanthropic organizations, cities, and advocacy groups to design and implement initiatives related to climate action, racial wealth equity, and workforce development.
Evalynn has a diverse background in economic development and urban planning. She played a pivotal role as a founding team member of Build in Tulsa, where she helped design and launch an initiative to support Black tech entrepreneurship in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Co-Executive Director for Project for Public Spaces, she collaborated with communities, cities, and private partners to build and sustain public spaces globally. Before joining DA, Evalynn honed her expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and operating model transformation as a consultant at Kearney, where she advised leaders of large organizations.
