Erica is currently supporting a major philanthropy in engaging youth to combat the climate crisis. Previously at DA, Erica supported the strategy and launch of a major international development fund supporting some of the world’s most vulnerable countries with health, agriculture, and basic infrastructure projects. 

Erica has also helped one of the world's largest environmental advocacy organizations develop a strategic plan to combat climate change and to create an impact and evaluation function to measure their progress. She also supported cities around the world to implement collaborative solutions on key priorities like affordable housing, infrastructure improvement, COVID-19 recovery, and violence prevention.

As an experienced management and strategy consultant, Erica has advised Fortune 50 companies, nonprofits, and other leading organizations to develop and implement fact-based strategies across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
