As the Canada Lead for the NovoNordisk Cities for Better Health - Childhood Obesity Prevention Initiative, Efe works with local and global delivery and evaluation partners to implement an innovative multi-year childhood obesity prevention program. The initiative is being delivered in six different countries. 

Previously, Efe supported the Community Funding Accelerator, a K-12 education and workforce initiative, assessing education pathway strategies to help grant applicants design and deliver impactful, evidence-based education-to-career programs. 

Prior to joining DA, Efe served as Program Analyst then Senior Program Consultant, informing program and policy decisions and driving key public health initiatives at the state and provincial levels in Canada and Africa. With expertise in program and policy development, Efe has led successful projects to expand publicly insured health service delivery, enhance stakeholder engagement, and secure strategic funding.
