Destini is supporting a major philanthropic initiative focused on implementing innovative ideas in cities around the world.

Most recently, Destini was a Senior Policy Advisor at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations on the project management team. In this role, Destini supported a number of impactful projects, including planning and implementing the Flexible Work Pilot, which provides eligible employees with the opportunity to work on a hybrid or compressed schedule. More broadly, she helped with government efficiency, public safety and accessibility-related initiatives, and internal and citywide equity efforts.

Destini previously interned at the New York City Health Department, worked as a Legal Recruiter at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, and served as a Scheduler and Communications Specialist to a New York State Assembly Member.
