Additionally, she seeks efficiencies and new processes to streamline and automate operations that can scale, and supports essential business processes to ensure fair utilization across teams.

Prior to joining DA, Deepthi was an HR Operations Manager at an educational institution, where she was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Before that, she worked with a leading strategic consulting firm in HR and staffing. Her responsibilities included managing HR and staffing systems, maintaining HR and staffing databases, and generating periodic and ad hoc HR and staffing reports. She also processed monthly payroll for the MENA region, supported performance management processes, performed compensation reviews, and managed employee benefits.
