Dayo works as the Deliverology Academy Trainer at DA to deliver blended learning interventions. His work supports both internal colleagues and external audiences to bridge learning gaps in the Deliverology Framework while continuously improving the internal onboarding and training programs. He is also responsible for converting existing learning content into e-learning, which makes learning self-paced, flexible, and interactive. He works closely with the Knowledge and Learning & Development Teams to build employees' capacity and expertise in applying Deliverology to firm-wide projects.

Before joining DA, Dayo successfully led the product development and launch of an e-learning platform targeted at upskilling over 10,000 African students and unemployed graduates in the soft skills necessary to prepare them for the job market. He managed a team of five learning experts that developed the platform over a 12-month period. He also created a project-by-project consulting approach that helped an e-learning consulting firm develop learning interventions for over 5,000 employees across three financial institutions in Africa while simultaneously leading a team of learning experience designers.
