Christine’s work at DA focuses on education, workforce development and economic development. She has significant experience translating strategic plan priorities into meaningful impact and leading complex projects involving multiple teams, risk/compliance concerns, and dynamic monitoring & evaluation efforts. She enjoys change management and tackling thorny delivery challenges!
In her prior role as a senior leader at a large reentry organization, Christine oversaw the design and implementation of an internal apprenticeship program for people who were recently released from incarceration. The program identified and developed people across the organization with leadership potential and motivation, and led to increased career prospects among participants. Christine worked across multiple teams to deliver training, enhance onboarding, adjust benefits practices and more.
