Aroosa is actively engaged with the Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF), where she leads the development of workstreams and the expansion of the project pipeline to ensure the Fund's continued success and impact. She plays a central role in fostering alignment among LLF donors and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), facilitating consensus on key strategic goals and priorities. Leveraging her expertise in strategic planning, Aroosa refines LLF 2.0's objectives, governance, and operations to optimize impact in targeted regions and sectors. Her contributions encompass resource mobilization, coordination efforts, and stakeholder engagement, all instrumental in advancing LLF 2.0's initiatives and ensuring its long-term sustainability.
Most recently, Aroosa worked on the development of an education reform strategy in the Gulf region, specifically targeting learning losses from Covid-19 and strongly advocating for investment in early childhood education in the region. She worked closely with government ministers and senior officials to advance national strategic goals and improve educational outcomes as a key metric of development success.
Aroosa previously worked as a teacher and global management consultant across the private and public sectors, leading large-scale transformation projects in customer experience, operational design, and digital transformation.
