Amanda Lui Beck

Amanda is part of DA's Latin America team, supporting Brazilian social impact organizations to improve educational outcomes for over three million students.
On the Delivery Institute team, Amanda has worked with product development by documenting colleagues' experiences and developing case studies to promote knowledge exchange.
Prior to joining DA, Amanda helped implement educational technology policies in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Technology Analyst at the Education Secretariat (São Paulo State Government), she supported innovation project management that led to increased efficiency in school management and promotion of technology-mediated learning to more than three million students. Specifically, Amanda oversaw the distribution of internet SIM cards to 500 thousand students and 250 thousand teachers so that they could work and study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Amanda was an intern at the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship, where she contributed to priority projects management, planning and monitoring. She also has research experience in implementation and bureaucracy studies.
