Delivery Experience

At DA, Alvin supports delivery partners with a focus on workforce development. He has worked with US regional coalitions receiving federal grants to develop workforce roadmaps to guide implementation of their specific grant proposals.

Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Alvin was an operations consultant supporting private equity and F500 clients. His work focused on procurement and logistics in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Before that, Alvin spent six years in local government in Georgia, where he held economic development and communications roles. His favorite project was leading a city’s fundraising campaign, which raised ~$80K to install artwork in a city park. His role involved coordinating with city council and the volunteer art committee, designing collateral for the fundraiser, and selecting the artists and artwork. The city was able to add a bronze statue at the park entrance and a 140-ft. mural depicting the community’s history.
